If you are trying to login to this site using your student username
and password which you know are correct, but are being logged out right
away, your computer or web browser is most likely blocking the ability
to accept web "cookies".
Cookies are
little pieces of information that a web site stores on the consumer’s
computer. There are session and persistent cookies. Session cookies
are not stored on your PC's hard drive. AHIT uses only session cookies.
These cookies are destroyed when the browser is closed. You must
set your browser to accept session cookies in order to enter the
ahitonline.com web site
We have also come across students using 3rd Party personal firewall/privacy/anti-spyware
programs such as Zone Alarm, Norton, McAfee. These programs can block
the ability for your browser to accept session cookies as well.
Below are links on how to enable cookies in common web browsers and
how to configure common 3rd Party personal firewall/privacy/anti-spyware
programs to accept cookies from our web
site.
